The National institution for human rights holds two lectures for the National Intelligence Service /agency

As part of the specialized training program for National Intelligence Service agency (NSA) members focusing on Human Rights, NIHR organized two lectures. The first lecture, delivered by Mr. Mohamed Alnajjar, Head of the Legal Affairs Unit at Nihr, explored international mechanisms for promoting and safeguarding human rights. Mr. Alnajjar covered various topics, including fundamental concepts of applicable human rights law, contractual and non-contractual mechanisms for protecting human rights.

 

The second lecture, presented by Dr. Bader Mohamed Adel, a member of the Council of Commissioners, delved into the significance of human rights reports and the underlying model frameworks. Dr. Adel discussed different types of human rights reports, mechanisms for engaging with them, particularly government-specific reports, and the processes of monitoring and documenting human rights issues, emphasizing their correlation with human rights reports.
