NIHR organizes a Lecture on Children’s Rights in Cooperation with Women’s Giving Council
The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) organized an awareness lecture on child’s rights, in cooperation with Women’s Giving Council for a number of children participating in the summer activity of Women’s Giving Council at the NIHR’s headquarters. During the lecture, the basic principles of child’s rights and Child Law were presented in a simple and interesting manner that aims to communicate information easily. The lecture included practical activities through holding some educational games that contribute to establishing a culture of child’s rights.
This event falls within the framework of the NIHR community partnership and in implementation of its strategy and action plan aiming at spreading awareness of the principles and foundations of human rights for all segments of society.
