Vice Secretary-General holds the first periodic meeting with the staff of the Secretariat General
Vice Secretary-General Mr. Yasser Ghanem Shaheen held a periodic meeting with the staff of the Secretariat General of the National Institution, where he talked about the importance of development and modernization of work and means of achievement by increasing efficiency and minimizing time.
He also stated that the Council of Commissioners has approved by laws of human resources of the Secretariat General which will organize the relationship between the National Institution and its employees , through the organization of functional relationship since the start of the appointment including appraisals, promotions, salaries, allowances and bonuses, transportation and representativeness, in addition to training, scholarships, and the reasons for service termination and commissions of inquiry, discipline and grievances.
He also stressed the importance of employee’s commitment to good deeds and avoidance of taboos while performing duties. Also the observance of conflict of interest and the adherence to the proper measures of dealing with the beneficiaries of the services offered by the Institution as well as with the media, means of social communication, and the optimum use of the institution’s human and financial resources.
