NIHR’s Chairperson Meets Chairman of Oman Human Rights Commission

Eng. Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, Chairperson of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), has met with Honorable Sheikh Abdullah bin Shuwain Al-Hosani, Chairman of Oman Human Rights Commission (OHRC), in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, through video conference technology, where the two sides discussed ways to enhance aspects of cooperation in the field of human rights between the NIHR and the OHRC, especially in the areas of training, education and exchange of experiences, in order to support efforts to achieve common goals to protect and promote a culture of human rights

For his part, the Chairman of the OHRC congratulated Eng. Al-Derazi on his election as Chairperson of the NIHR Council of Commissioners in the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing him and the members of the Council continued success in their work duties.
