The Draft Law aims to decrease the number of cases before the courts, in order to save time and effort and reduce the load on public prosecution and courts, without prejudicing the rights of the victim, taking into account the interests of the victims in murder and wrongful injury crimes, by granting them compensation for reparation of their suffered damages.
