Meeting

The Board of Directors of the National Institution for Human Rights held its first Extraordinary Meeting under the Chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Hassan Abul at its headquarters in Seef District on April 23, 2013.

During the meeting, the Board discussed the NIHR strategy for the years 2013-2016 and a detailed plan of action thereto attached. They exchanged different points of view and looked at the comments and views of members aimed at promoting and protecting human rights in Bahrain.

It was decided that the study of the project will be completed and presented during the Second Extraordinary Meeting, to be held on April 30.
