NIHR’s Committee on Public Rights and Freedoms holds its 3rd Regular Meeting

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Public Rights and Freedoms held its 3^rd regular meeting at the NIHR’s Headquarters in the Seef district under the chairpersonship of Dr. Badr Mohamed Adel and membership of Mr. Ahmed Mahdi Al-Haddad and Mrs. Wedad Radii Al-Mousawi

At the beginning of the meeting, the Committee discussed its previous resolutions and recommendations and the actions taken thereupon by the relevant authorities.

The Committee examined the approach and systems used by public and private schools to deal with students with special needs, especially the fees paid by them, and concluded with the need to communicate with the relevant authorities in order to obtain information that can be used to make a study on that matter and refer such information to the concerned bodies in order to take measures aimed at providing the best educational services for this category to suit their needs.
