NIHR’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convenes its 16th Regular Meeting

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convened its 16th regular meeting under the chairpersonship of Dr. Bader Mohamed Adel and membership of Mr. Ahmed Mahdi Alhaddad and Ms. Deena Abdulrahman Alladhi. The meeting was held at the NIHR’s headquarters in the Seef District.
The Committee expressed its pride and honor in the Kingdom of Bahrain's membership of the Human Rights Council for the third time in a row, stressing that it would do more efforts to increase the human rights guarantees with regard to the Committee's competences.
