NIHR’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convenes its 17th Regular Meeting

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convened its 17th regular meeting at the NIHR’s headquarters in the Seef District under the chairmanship of Dr. Bader Mohamed Adel and membership of Ms. Deena Abdulrahman Alladhi.
The Committee opened its meeting by paying tribute to the support of HE Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the General Supervision of the Safety of Election, which has observed the parliamentary and municipal elections for 2018, and the support of independent societies and organizations and civil society organizations participating in the observation of the elections for this year.
The Committee also referred to the workshop that will be organized by the NIHR this month for its representatives participating in the observation of the parliamentary and municipal elections of 2018.
