Meeting

The Complaints, Monitoring, and Follow-up Committee held its forty-third meeting, chaired by Mrs. Rawda Salman Al Aradi. The meeting began with a review of reports related to complaints received by the institution, legal assistance provided, and cases identified through media and social media channels since the last meeting. In total, there were 19 cases: the committee addressed 10 complaints, provided legal assistance for 7 cases, and monitored two incidents. The committee also discussed the actions taken on these cases and reviewed its previous decisions and recommendations along with the measures taken in response to them.

Additionally, the committee members met with several complainants, listened to their requests, and documented them in preparation for taking necessary actions and coordinating with relevant authorities.
