Meeting

Chaired by Mrs. Rawda Salman Al Aradi, the Complaints, Monitoring, and Follow-up Committee held its forty-second regular meeting. The committee commenced its proceedings by reviewing the complaints it had received, the legal assistance provided, and the 35 cases identified through media and social media platforms since the last meeting. The committee addressed 14 complaints, provided 20 legal assistances, and discussed the actions taken on these cases, as well as reviewing its previous decisions and recommendations and the measures taken in response.

During the meeting, the committee met with relatives of inmates in rehabilitation and reform centers, listened to their requests, and recorded them to prepare for necessary actions and coordination with relevant entities, demonstrating its commitment to monitoring and protecting human rights.
