NIHR’s Committee on Visiting Detention Places and Facilities convenes its 6th Meeting Virtually

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Visiting Detention Places and Facilities has convened its 6^th meeting virtually at the NIHR’s Headquarters in the Seef District under the chairpersonship of Dr. Malallah Al-Hammadi and membership of Mrs. Deena Al-Ladhi and Mr. Daniel Cohen.

The Committee followed up on its previous resolutions and recommendations and the actions taken thereupon, and continued its discussions on the field visits that it will conduct in the near future to some public and private health and educational centres and institutions, to ensure that their visitors continue to practice their prescribed human rights.
