NIHR Organizes an Educational Lecture for Students of Al-Ru'ya Modern School
As part of its ongoing efforts to promote a culture of children's rights, the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) held an educational lecture at Al-Ru'ya Modern School, targeting students from both primary and secondary levels. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Hooriya Al-Dairi, Child Rights Commissioner and a member of the group of volunteer experts supporting the Child Rights Commissioner.
The lecture provided detailed information on the key role of a human rights leader, emphasizing the critical importance of children's rights and how to safeguard them through legal measures and awareness initiatives.
Students were also introduced to international conventions and national legislation that guarantee their rights. The interactive approach encouraged them to ask questions and engage in discussions, learning how to become advocates for human rights in their communities.
