NIHR is organizing a Training Course in Client Service for its Staff
The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) has organized an intensive training course for client service staff of the Secretariat-General in order to enhance their skills in providing client-focused services in line with its work plan and strategy to improve the quality of services provided by the specialized team in the NIHR.
The four-day training course was delivered by Invita Training Center, which is internationally accredited and which offers world-class training programs run by an experienced and competent training team.
On this occasion, Counselor-at-law Yasser Ghanim Shaheen, NIHR’s Secretary-General, emphasized the importance of raising the quality of services provided by the NIHR, especially with regard to receiving complaints or providing legal assistance, in addition to the mechanism of dealing with inquiries about the NIHR’s services related to training programs for the dissemination of human rights culture, since the main goal is to achieve the highest levels of quality and satisfaction.
