NIHR Receives Trainees from the General Directorate of Traffic
The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) hosted a group of trainees from the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior for an exploratory visit. The visit was designed to introduce them to the crucial role and significance of human rights within the Kingdom.
During their time at the institution, a number of experts from the General Secretariat staff detailed the origins and responsibilities of the NIHR, as well as its essential role in supporting and safeguarding human rights in Bahrain.
The presentation addressed several aspects, including the NIHR’s operational processes, the procedures for receiving and addressing complaints, and the continuous efforts to promote human rights awareness among the kingdom's citizens and residents.
