NIHR Organises an Awareness Lecture for Employees of Aluminium Bahrain (alba) Company

The National institution for Human Rights (NIHR) held a virtual awareness lecture for the employees of Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) Company on the role and tasks of the NIHR in protecting and promoting human rights.

The lecture was presented by D. Malallah Al-Hammadi, Chairman of the NIHR Committee on Visiting Detention Places and Facilities. During which he discussed the NIHR’s role in protecting and promoting human rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reviewing the NIHR’s strategy and action plan, the legal framework for its action and its achievement in the human rights field.

This event falls with the NIHR’s strategy and action plan and its terms of reference in the field of promoting and disseminating a culture of human rights by holding lectures and training and educational courses for all segments of society on topics related to human rights.
