NIHR Celebrates Bahraini Women's Day

On Bahraini Women's Day, which falls on December 1st each year, the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) celebrated this significant day by honoring the female staff of the General Secretariat. This recognition was in appreciation of their efforts in supporting the institution's performance and achieving its goals and competencies.

During the celebration, Eng. Ali Ahmed Alderazi, the Chairperson of NIHR, extended his highest congratulations and blessings to Her Royal Highness. Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa. Wife of His Majesty the King of Bahrain President of the Supreme Council for Women, on Bahraini Women's Day. He praised Her Highness's dedication to elevating the status of Bahraini women and empowering them in all fields and levels, expressing his appreciation and pride in the efforts of Bahraini women in general and the female staff at the institution in particular for their merit and efficiency.

Alderazi emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to remove obstacles that women may face in their professional and personal paths and working to provide a supportive environment that enables them to realize their full potential. He reaffirmed NIHR's total support for everything that would enhance the status of Bahraini women, respect them, and allow them to enjoy all advantages and rights, believing in the important role of women in society as a fundamental partner in the journey of building and developing the kingdom, wishing them more success and progress in all fields.
