The third meeting of the joint work team between the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), chaired by Eng. Ali Ahmed Alderazi, and representatives from civil society organizations active in the field of human rights, was held at NIHR's headquarters in the Seef Suburb.

During the meeting, the minutes from the previous meeting were approved, and it was agreed to organize a discussion forum to talk about the situation of individuals covered by the royal pardon in terms of facilitating their reintegration into society, and to discuss the challenges they generally face, including finding decent employment or continuing academic education. This forum is scheduled for the first week of January next year. The meeting also emphasized the NIHR's cooperation with civil society organizations and coordination to hold joint events, including awareness lectures and workshops focused on human rights.

These meetings and gatherings aim to reinforce the commitment of the involved parties to effective collective action for enhancing human rights principles and their real-world application, thereby supporting national efforts in this vital field.
