HE the Chairperson of the National Institution receives the representative of the Amnesty International organization
The Chairperson of the National Institution for Human Rights HE Dr. Abdul Aziz Hassan Abul received at the headquarters of the National Institution in AlSeef district the representative of the Amnesty International organization HE Mr. Saeed Boumedouha, a researcher in the Middle East and North Africa Section.
HE the Chairperson of the National Institution welcomed the representative of Amnesty International organization, and touched on the aspects and means of activating cooperation between the two sides in order to promote and protect human rights and the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
For his part, Mr. Boumedouha praised the first annual report recently issued by the Institution and the seriousness of the recommendations contained therein. He expressed the readiness of his organization to open new horizons for cooperation with the National Institution.
The meeting was attended from the National Institution by HE Mr. Abdullah Alderazi the Deputy Chairperson, Head of the Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up committee, HE Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Farhan Secretary-General of the institution and Mr. Yasser Ghanem Shaheen, Director of Legal Affairs.
