Child Rights Commissioner holds a consultative meeting with volunteers in the field of childhood
Dr. Hooreya Aldairi the Child Rights Commissioner at the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), held a consultative meeting with volunteers in the field of childhood. This meeting aimed to enhance the role of the Child Rights Commissioner and to activate the participation of experts in developing policies and programs related to children's rights.
During the meeting, Dr. Aldairi outlined the fundamental role and responsibilities of the Child Rights Commissioner and highlighted NIHR’s main strategic objectives. The discussion also covered future plans, which include the formation of a "Friends of the Child Rights Commissioner" team and a team of volunteer advisors in the field of childhood.
